Work Process Evaluation
If a job could talk, what would it say? What behaviors would it say are
critical for success in the position? Many times performance deficiencies can be
directly linked to an employee's misperception of the success profile for the
position. Instrument output can be generated on the job itself, the person's
perception of the job, or by comparing a person's preferred and adapted approach
to the job. This instrument identifies the behavioral profile for success in the
position and is used extensively in job analysis, position description
development, coaching and counseling, performance reviews and succession
planning activities.
