Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values
People do things for their reasons, not ours. Why people do what they do
affects their attendance, their motivation and their job performance. This
instrument measures the relative prominence of six basic beliefs or motives,
sometimes called the "hidden motivators" because they are not readily
seen or observed. This instrument brings to light those motivating factors that
drive peoples' behavior, both on and off the job. This instrument is used
extensively in coaching, counseling and succession planning programs, in
addition to the interviewing process.
